This is a collaborative planning process where every element is considered in advance — destination, pacing, accommodations, cruise or resort selection, room or suite positioning, logistics, and on-site flow — so the trip feels effortless from the moment you depart.

Transfer & Integration
For travelers who have already made a reservation and would now prefer the trip to be professionally managed.
When a booking is eligible for transfer, it can be moved under my agency and integrated into my planning process. From there, we refine the accommodations, add partner amenities when available, and bring the trip into alignment with the overall travel experience.

In-trip support
A planning fee of $250 and up applies based on scope and the level of redesign required.
Transfer eligibility varies by supplier.

Travelers who booked quickly and now want the trip elevated and fully managed.
Travel Management
For travelers who have planned their trip independently but want professional oversight while they are traveling.
In this capacity, I become the primary point of contact for supplier coordination, changes, or disruptions so you are not problem-solving in real time. You remain fully present in the experience while I handle the logistics behind the scenes.
