$500+ or 10–15% of trip total - White-glove service for honeymoons, luxury escapes, and milestone trips. - 1-hour VIP Kickoff Call - Everything in Tier 2 - Priority support & communication - Spa, dinner, and VIP experience bookings - Exclusive hotel perks and upgrades when available - Surprise curated touches (e.g., champagne, welcome gift, etc.) - Custom playlist tailored to your travel vibe - Full concierge support before & during travel
Cancellation Policy
✈️ Booking Policy Consultations & Planning Calls: All planning services include one initial consultation (duration based on tier). Calls must be scheduled in advance. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your planning slot for Tier 1+, Tier 2, and most standard itineraries. All payments are securely processed through my host agency, FORA Travel, Inc. For Tier 3 (VIP Concierge) or complex itineraries such as multi-destination or group travel, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of your final itinerary and confirmation documents. Refunds & Cancellations: Planning fees are non-refundable once services begin. If you need to reschedule your planning call, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Trip Changes: One round of revisions is included in Tier 2. Additional changes, destination swaps, or major itinerary overhauls may incur an additional fee. Travel Advisor of Record: For bookings made through me, I will be listed as your travel advisor of record—providing access to preferred rates, exclusive perks (when available), and continued support. Final Itinerary Delivery: You’ll receive your completed itinerary and booking confirmations once your final payment has been received and all arrangements are confirmed.
