For travelers who prefer to book on their own but still want expert insight and personalized guidance. - 30-minute Destination Discovery Call - Curated hotel recommendations (2–3 options) - Flight search & route suggestions - General itinerary outline - Email support during planning **You'll be listed as my travel advisor of record on eligible bookings—so I can support you in a limited capacity and stay connected for future travel planning. **

Cancellation Policy

✈️ Booking Policy Consultations & Planning Calls: All planning services include one initial consultation (duration based on tier). Calls must be scheduled in advance. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your planning slot for Tier 1+, Tier 2, and most standard itineraries. All payments are securely processed through my host agency, FORA Travel, Inc. For Tier 3 (VIP Concierge) or complex itineraries such as multi-destination or group travel, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin planning. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of your final itinerary and confirmation documents. Refunds & Cancellations: Planning fees are non-refundable once services begin. If you need to reschedule your planning call, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Trip Changes: One round of revisions is included in Tier 2. Additional changes, destination swaps, or major itinerary overhauls may incur an additional fee. Travel Advisor of Record: For bookings made through me, I will be listed as your travel advisor of record—providing access to preferred rates, exclusive perks (when available), and continued support. Final Itinerary Delivery: You’ll receive your completed itinerary and booking confirmations once your final payment has been received and all arrangements are confirmed.
