Terms & Conditions - the basics

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any travel planning services offered through The Suite Stories.

By submitting a travel inquiry, booking services, or engaging with this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this website or its services.

1. Services

The Suite Stories offers personalized travel planning and booking services as an independent affiliate of Fora Travel. All bookings and payments are processed through Fora’s secure system.

2. Planning Fees & Payments

Planning fees vary by service tier and are non-refundable once services begin. A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for Tier 3 (VIP Concierge) or group/multi-destination trips. Final balance is due prior to delivery of the completed itinerary.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing all documents and confirmations in a timely manner. Any changes made after final itinerary delivery may incur additional fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Suite Stories is not responsible for third-party services, including airlines, hotels, or tour operators. Any issues with booked services must be addressed with the provider directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including branding, copy, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of The Suite Stories and may not be reproduced without permission.
